Cremated, sticky and rebellious, this Dead Hot Sauce has the characteristics  of a classic BBQ sauce but made with "unusual suspects" which have been charred to death to give it a natural smoky flavour. We've used the infamous Naga chillies for this one but dont worry, it won't blow your head off. It's hot but not crazy hot. It's sweet but just as zingy and smoky. 

Plum + Naga Dead Hot Sauce

  • plums, cider vinegar, red onion, dark brown sugar, pomegranate molasses, naga chilli, tomato puree, Blackthorn salt, ginger, garlic, peppercorn, smoked paprika, cumin seed, brown mustard seed, corriander seed, cayenne

  • Deliveries will be sent every Tuesday and Thursday. The cut off times are 10am on these days.
