DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Hermes.
We hit the post office on Tuesday and Thursday mornings so get your orders in before 10am those days and they will be included in the run.
Due to royal mail weight restrictions of 2kg we may post out your order in multiple boxes.
For larger order please choose Hermes.
We keep our delivery packaging to a minimum. The cardboard and paper elements are recyclable, including the kraft paper tape. The bubble wrap is re-used from our jar supplier and any other packaged items delivered to us. We encourage you to re-use the packaging to extend it’s life and create less waste.
If you change your mind about your purchase, please email Rosie at email@example.com for return details. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item/s must be returned in an unopened, resalable condition. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
If your item is delivered damaged please email us within 24 hours so we can rectify the situation. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. If you change your mind and wish to cancel or return the order, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs to us – this does not affect your statutory rights
