All the flavours of a Bloody Rose-Mary, with a little added heat. We ferment the red chillies and birdseye to create a tobasco-like tang. It's peppery, salty and pleasently spicy. We love our Bloody Mary's with a litte peated whisky. Try it out, if you dare!
When we make our sauces we keep waste to a minimum, taking our time to make each batch as tasty as the last. No waste, no haste, all taste!
