The Original. This is where Trodden Black began. It’s everything you expect from a chilli jam, and more! Smokey, sweet and savoury, and as versatile as a ketchup. If I can convert my mum to spice, then we’ll convert you too. But don’t sweat, this red chilli jam is pretty mild - great for building up that heat tolerance.
Original Red is our most versatile jam, dollop him on your pizza, replace the relish in your burger, dipping sauce for a spring roll? And Kit's personal favourite PB&CDJ… we reckon pretty much anything goes.
When we make our jams we keep waste to a minimum, taking our time to make each batch as tasty as the last. No waste, no haste, all taste!
